Production Blog

I started my second part of the filming process. For this part I recorded my friends and I in the car. My friend picked me up. We picked up the rest of our friends after. We went to random parts in Fort Lauderdale. We blasted music and started driving around. I recorded us singing along to other songs. I recorded us having fun in the car. I recorded us lip syncing to the actual song in the music video. We ran a few errands. I still recorded. I documented the day we had. After that we dropped my friends off home. After we dropped them off, I went home. My friend left. I reviewed the footage I got from the day. I cut some clips shorter. I deleted anything that I felt was not necessary to keep. I saved the videos from the day. That was all for this process.

Title Design

 The opening credits of my film will appear in a Cheltenham font. Working Title: The title of this film is likely to be “Three’s a crowd”  It will be Bold with Chelentenham font and in all caps: THIS IS A EXAMPLE. Titles will be displayed on the screen, It will fade in and out as it plays. Titles will disappear in 2.5 to 3 seconds. We will be using a Red font with blood dripping off the title, The author name will be presented in red as well. Example: Directed by: John Doe The names with first and last will be presented in a larger font. Example: Directed by:  John Doe

 INT. JONATHAN HOUSE - NIGHT A stormy night. Lightning flashes, revealing an old Victorian house perched on a hill. The wind howls through the trees. INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT Jaida (late 20s, adventurous) and Mercedes (early 30s, pragmatic) huddle together, laughing and sipping wine. The atmosphere is warm, yet the flickering candlelight casts eerie shadows. JAIDA This place is amazing, Merce. You sure your cousin won't mind us crashing here?
